With over 15 years of experience in mental health and more than 25 years on my own personal healing journey, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and deeply lived approach to holistic healing.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non invasive form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.

At its core, Reiki works with the body’s subtle energy system. This is the same system that responds to stress, emotion, rest, and regulation. When life experiences such as stress, trauma, illness, grief, or burnout are not fully processed, they can leave energetic imprints in the body. Over time, this stored energy may contribute to physical tension, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, or a sense of feeling stuck.

Reiki helps create the conditions for release, relaxation, and recalibration.

You do not need to believe in Reiki or understand how it works for it to be effective. Many people experience benefits simply by allowing their body to rest and receive.

How Reiki Works

Reiki is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body. The intention is not to force change, but to support the body in doing what it already knows how to do.

During a Reiki session, the nervous system is encouraged to shift out of survival mode and into a state of rest and repair. As the body relaxes, energy that has been held in protective patterns can begin to soften and move.

This process may support
• releasing stored tension and stress
• calming the nervous system
• improving emotional regulation
• supporting mental clarity and focus
• deepening the mind body connection
